NADH stands for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. is a natural substance found in all living cells and plays a major role in energy production. As a major carrier of electrons and protons that fuel energy (ATP) synthesis, NADH is involved in numerous metabolic pathways essential to life. However, due to aging process, NADH levels decrease, and mitochondrial ATP production drops leading to fatigue, malaise, inability to concentrate and depression.
